1.1 How do I place an order with APLUS?

1.2 How do I return a defective product for repair?
First step, contact APLUS Technical Support to see if the problem can be solved over the phone. If unable to solve the problem over the phone, Aplus Tech Support will forward an RMA request form. The customer completes the form and returns to Aplus. Aplus will then issue an DOA & RMA number for product to be returned.

1.3 How long will my order take to process?

As our experience for our Standard LCD Monitor lead time will be 7~10 working days around, for Standard industrial computer lead time will be 15 working days around, for any custom design project as each orders vary in size and intricacy pls contact our sales representative to calculate a delivery time based on your configuration

1.4 How can I arrange the shipping?

As we are offering EXW Factory(Shenzhen) price , it could be available to choose suitable transportation to arrange the shipment.

For oversea transportation, you have airfreight transportation via DHL,TNT, FEDEX, UPS, EMS ects.

For sea freight, could book the container space from Maersk, APL, HANJIN, ANL, DSR, DELMAS, COSCO, WANHAI, OOCL, PIL, RCL ects.
